Position: Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian speaking customer service representative
Job description: We are looking for a part-time (with full-time opportunity) Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian speaking Customer Service Representative to work 25 hours per week. Primary focus of position: Answering customer calls, follow-up to customer e-mails, help with accounts receivable, ship orders, file documents, help with marketing mailings, create mail merges, enter customer data, make travel arrangements, etc...
Job requirements: Must have a high school diploma, or its equivalent, college degree preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Croatian, strong understanding of computer applications. Must be detailed-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized and have good follow-up and organizational skills. Some marketing and promotions experience a plus. Minimum travel may be required.
